agent 70e6a34b6a git-ssh-setup: register the SSH key on Forgejo git.noelab.it 
Replace the 'send the key to the admin' flow with self-service steps
in the Forgejo web interface. Use the real SSH remote format
(ssh://forgejo@git.noelab.it/...) and test command.
